This is a Touhou Project-themed secondary 1st-generation Animal Crossing town. Doubutsu no Mori+ (どうぶつの森＋, roughly Animal Forest+) was the first version released for the Nintendo GameCube, and it was localized into what we know as Animal Crossing.
By the way, you cannot enter kanji as part of names. The "むら" ("村", "village") is automatically filled in after your town name. With kanji, the town is supposed to be called "人間の村", "human village".
Also, "Human Village" is a slightly ironic name for an Animal Crossing town.

There are many different versions of the 1st-generation Animal Crossing games, including a Chinese version (动物森林). However, Doubutsu no Mori+ was the first to be released for the GameCube, and it has some features that are exclusive to this version. For example, the wishing well in Animal Crossing is instead a shrine, and the Forbidden Four NES games are much more easily obtainable. Granted, the lack of kanji in this version is a real sticking point, but it does make text easier to speak.
Given the success of the original Doubutsu no Mori despite it releasing at the end of the Nintendo 64's time on the market, it makes sense that Nintendo would have rereleased it with extra features.
But since my knowledge of Japanese is rudimentary at best, I don't constantly feel like I'll be insulted by villagers if I look at them wrong.
