Animal Crossing
A video game series containing one of the first video games I've ever played. It has 5 mainline games and 5 spin-off games (3 if you don't count Happy Home Paradise or Pocket Camp Complete).

Touhou Project
A video game series with quite the cult following in the Occident. Thanks, Bad Apple!
It's commonly called the Touhou Project here. Other names include 東方Project, 東方プロジェクト, or Project Shrine Maiden.
There are 19 mainline games in the series, but I've really only had experience playing the first 11. Of those, I've only been able to 1cc 3, 6, 8, and 9, and even then, I've really only played on Easy.
