This is my secondary town on Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The creation date is no coincidence.

There's a convention in Japan known as Comiket, and circles related to the Touhou Project have traditionally been present there ever since the release of the 6th Touhou Project in August 2002.

Comiket (Comic Market) 52, which saw the release of the first two Touhou games, took place from August 15, 1997 to August 17, 1997.
